[Pilot Installation in Vietnam] Ton Duc Thang University (2019. 07.31)

WEKOTEC completed the installation of WEKO-AiO-WQMS at a water treatment plant in Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam. Ton Duc Thang University is located in Phu My Hung, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Recently, the Vietnamese government decided to install a water quality monitoring facilities for strengthening environmental regulations to preserve the water environment. Vietnam has tightened regulations to install a water quality monitoring system in a water treatment plant with a daily discharge capacity of 500 tons or more. It has been enforced since July 2019. This pilot installation will create a variety of effects, such as the educational effectiveness of students, awareness of environmental protection in Vietnam, and promotion of the excellent performance of WEKOTEC's products.

[ENTECH 2019 Vietanm] WEKOTEC Participated (June. 12 ~ 14, 2019)

WEKOTEC attended ENTECH 2019 Vietnam (Vietnam Environmental Energy Industry Exhibition) held at SECC (Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center) in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam on June 12-14, 2019. The ENTECH is an exhibition involving about 150 companies from 8 countries, and has been held every year in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam since 2009 in relation to the water quality, air quality, renewables, and power industries. This is the second time that WEKOTEC attended ENTECH. For the WEKOTEC, Vietnam is the first target country to participate in various environmental exhibitions since 2018, seeking to expand local partners. WEKOTEC presented 'All-in-One Water Quality Monitoring System' for the first time at this exhibition, and received great interest from local visitors and partners.

[Vietwater 2018] WEKOTEC Participated (November 07~09,2018)

WEKOTEC attended Vietwater 2018 (Vietnam Water Environment Exhibition) held at SECC (Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on November 7-9, 2018. Vietwater is an annual water environment exhibition held in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam since 2008, with around 400 companies from all over the world. It is Vietnam's largest water industry exhibition covering all water industries including water resource management, development and water / sewer / city water / waste water / industrial water treatment facilities, purification treatment systems, and water production. WEKOTEC, which introduced its own water quality monitoring system at this exhibition, received great attention from local environmental companies in Vietnam. It was an opportunity to create various business possibilities in Vietnam.

WEKOTEC selected as an excellent company for environmental jobs [October 2018]

WEKOTEC was selected as an excellent company for environmental jobs, and received a citation from the Minister of Environment. This commendation was awarded to 10 companies that are engaged in environment-related businesses. The selection criteria are not only about creating a simple job, but also showing the rapid growth of WEKOTEC as it was selected through various evaluations such as sales growth, contribution to technological innovation, and qualitative growth of created jobs.
